RAISE UR PAW NEWS: MONTGOMERY PUPPY FARM OWNER APPEARS IN COURT




    According to sources and NEWS CHANNEL 13, Montgomery puppy farm owner, HERBERT WELCH, appeared in court after being charged with FAILING TO PROVIDE PROPER SHELTER for his dogs in EXTREME COLD CONDITIONS.

    Mr. Welch appeared at the TOWN OF ROOT COURT on MONDAY, however, he was sent back home due to the court not receiving any paperwork from the DISTRICT ATTORNEY or the STATE POLICE, according to the court clerk.

    The charges against Mr. Welch is a VIOLATION, punishable by a MAXIMUM FINE of $100 for the first offense. He has surrendered most of his dogs tot the SPCA, But if he builds proper sheltering for the animals, he will get them back.

    Mr. Welch's next court date is UNDETERMINED, pending on the court's receipt of the paperwork, according to the court clerk.
