Nothing can compare to spending 7 years within a shelter, watching as countless others get adopted to loving families -- and all you can do is sit and wait for that one day when a loving family comes and gives you the gift of love, care and a warm home that you can call your own.... where you become the center of that one family's world, and they become the center of yours.... But it maybe a dream that won't come true for GWINN AND ROWDY, a brother and sister pair, whose one thing in life that they want so badly --- A FAMILY!
The two were born on OCTOBER 2006, and their lives began in a boarding kennel, not a shelter, but a place of business... the business owner soon reached out to the found of the FPA (FORGOTTEN PET ADVOCATES), asking for assistance in finding homes for not only GWINN and ROWDY but for other animals who had been abandoned and dumped - not by just individuals, but by animal rescue groups as well.
As the years went by the two not only had the bond of a brother/sister, but to each other they were the only real family that they have - not to mention the dual dream of becoming adopted as a loving pair for a "SPECIAL FAMILY" that is somewhere in the world, needing them as much as they need the family.
According to the FPA, these two babies are very great dogs, depending on one another to keep each other company and keeping each other strong for when that MEMORABLE DAY comes and they are taken into a life filled with love, care, warmth and so many other valuable things that any sheltered animals would want for a perfect life.
The FPA spends one on one time with the babies, giving them all the love and care, but a sheltered life is no life for a living being -- because even though the shelter is doing so much for them, nothing can compare to the love and devotion that a "SPECIAL FAMILY" can offer and give to these beautiful babies -- and that is what the FPA is wanting for GWINN AND ROWDY.
If you are that "SPECIAL PERSON or FAMILY" who can give these dogs a FOREVER HOME, FOREVER LOVE, and FOREVER CARE -- please HELP today. So many sheltered animals are in desperate need of families and homes, and many NEVER get to have those dreams come true, instead they are PUT DOWN - feeling unwanted, abandoned, probably wondering what they did to deserve their family to sign their fate such as this, even many gazing sadly at the door hoping that their loved ones will step through and save them , or anyone for that matter!!!
Please OPEN UR HEART and make the choice to ADOPT, FOSTER, or RESCUE an innocent animal in need instead of BUYING ONE --- because the LOVE and DEVOTION that a sheltered animal will give you is something that NO AMOUNT OF MONEY CAN BUY -- and they will SAVE YOU as YOU SAVE THEM.
